Ten Chakras

Here are seven main energy centers in the body, known as chakras; however, I work with ten chakras. Each chakra is located throughout our body (also below feet and above head) so that it correlates to specific body ailment and physical dysfunctions. By cleansing those chakras, you release the negative emotional energy from some parts of your body, and it can undo your tightness, stiffness, or malfunction of those areas or whole body. You should know, if you do healing for your chakras, then it will allow your physical body to heal itself by releasing stored energetic blockages, deeply hidden negative emotions or events inside of your body.
